No “DVE” Instructions

Dear Gary:I received the copy of DVE that I ordered through WSR. There is one big problem. There are no audio or written instructions to tell the viewer how to adjust the display. Sure there are test patterns, but NO instruction whatsoever to tell the consumer what to do to maximize the performance of their display. Is this an error in production or did I miss something?
