Sony Cineza Review

Dear Gary: The article, which appeared in Issue 91, December 2004, was great, and I bought the Sony Cineza® VPL-HS51 LCD projector based on the review. What type of screen did Bill Cushman use? I have both Grayhawk and StudioTek 130 for my 8-foot Stewart Filmscreen and am trying to decide if I can go back to the white screen with the increased contrast level?

Contributing Editor Bill Cushman Comments:

I have both a Stewart Grayhawk and a DaLite High Power. I used the DaLite for almost all viewing. I suggest you use the StudioTek 130. This will provide higher light output and better color fidelity. Black level will be lower with the Grayhawk, but so will brightness (which may be inadequate).
