in "Victim," Tyson (Chin), an east Londoner in his 20s, looks after his sister by day and robs luxury flats at night. But his sister's classroom encounters with an inspirational teacher (Harewood) suggest that even very difficult lives can be turned around. Meanwhile, Tia (Madekwe), a girl from the other side of the tracks, enters Tyson's life and allows him to glimpse another way of life. (Gary Reber)

Special features include cast interviews, the theatrical trailer, and upfront previews.

The 1080p AVC picture was photographed digitally. The image quality is mediocre throughout with inconsistent contrast. The color palette is at times desaturated and at other times exaggerated. Fleshtones are generally naturally hued. Black levels are generally decent as well as resolution. Overall, this is a low-budget, mediocre visual experience. (Gary Reber)

The DTS-HD Master Audio™ 5.1-channel soundtrack is frontal focused with rap/hip hop music that bleeds into the surrounds. Dialogue is spread across the front channels, with an empathized level in the center channel. Intelligibility is difficult due to the thick accent. The LFE channel is absent virtually throughout, except for an occasional burst. Atmospherics are limited to the front channels and reserved as for effect. This is a mediocre sonic experience.
