Supplementals
Includes an HBO-produced featurette, The Making Of Bram Stokerís Dracula and original theatrical trailers presented in the CAV full feature format. This is an entertaining and uniquely informative 30 minute documentary featuring the director and the cast throughout the rehearsal process and filming of specific scenes. There is little information about the production design except for glimpses at various dated illustrated and cinematic conceptions of Dracula which influenced Coppola.

WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Coppolaís stunning masterpiece is an audacious and passionately seductive version of the classic legend. Oldmanís extraordinary portrayal of a mysteriously sexual Dracula as he grows young to old, from man to beast, is an amazing metamorphosis. Ryder stars as Mina Murray, fiancťe of Jonathan Harker (Reeves) and object of Draculaís devastating desire as he believes she is his beloved wife reincarnated. His sole being as a vampire is set on their reunification as he sets out to reclaim her. Hopkins stars as the famed Dr. Van Helsing who dares to confront him.
