WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
The Pythons take a wild romp through the Middle Ages as they poke satirical jibs at the Crusades and other tidbits of religious and secular history. Lots of gore. Monty Python And The Holy Grail is the second feature film from the acclaimed comedy troupe. This time it’s a medieval story, with King Arthur and his Knights of the Roundtable in their search for the Holy Grail. The story is told by the Python team in their familiar bizzare and witty style, as a series of sketches with Arthur and his Knights wandering the medieval countryside in their quest for the Holy Grail. Their journey takes many strange turns until they finally arrive at Castle Arrghhh to lead their legions to battle with an ending that only a Monty Python movie can do. This is an out-loud laughable loused-up reworking of the legend of the Grail hunt that will have you gleefully smiling

The picture has been framed in the European 1.75:1 aspect ratio. The transfer element appears to be an extremely bad quality print with poor resolution and serious artifacts.
