WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Unstoppable cyborg Schwarzenegger is sent from the future to the present to kill the mother, before she gives birth, of the one human who can stop the onslaught of robots who are ridding the world of humans. Fast-paced, non-stop action. Like “Alien” before it, this is a watershed film that set the tone and style (special effects) for a host of films to come.

LaserDisc Picture:
This impeccable THX® quality assured transfer retains the theatrical 1.85:1 aspect ratio. Colors are vivid with natural fleshtones for an overall superb natural look. Images are sharp and detailed, and there is no apparent noise or artifacts. This is decidedly the best The Terminator has ever been presented and is sure to please fans.

LaserDisc Soundtrack:
The monaural soundtrack is wanting the fidelity, dynamics, and spatiality of T2.
