WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Just Cause is a gripping and explosive investigative thriller based on the novel by John Katzenbach which stars Sean Connery as Paul Armstrong, a Harvard law School professor who is persuaded to re-open a murder investigation on behalf of death row inmate Bobby Earl (Underwood). Earl claims that he is innocent of the crime of raping and murdering an 11-year-old and that he was forced to confess after being tortured at gun point by a sinister lawman (Fishburne). As Armstrong investigates the crime scene in the Florida swamps, the twists in this tight thriller will put you on the edge of your seat.

The soundtrack is superb with an excellent sense of surround envelopment, deep and powerful bass and dialogue presence.
