Story Synopsis:
Based on the controversial best selling novel by Lorenzo Carcaterra, this film is a gripping and dramatic suspense thriller that begins with a youthful prank gone bad in Hell’s Kitchen New York, 1966. The four young boys are sentenced to the Wilkinson School for Boys, where their dignity is stripped by its sadistic, sexually predatory guards. Fifteen years later, they encounter an unexpected opportunity to get revenge on the system that did not protect them.
