Flying Mole Corporation of Hamamatsu, Japan continues to explore new frontiers in the application of digital technology for sound reproduction. Apart from its earlier (June, 2005) announcement of its ultra-mini 2 x 30W amplifier, APS-S30a, the company is expanding its variety of amplifier and power supply options by introducing 4 more power boards.At 8î long x 4î wide x 1-3/8î in height, weighing a mere 16 oz., the APS-S75a and APS-S125 are powered by Flying Moleís patented Bi-Phase Fusion technology, and are rated at 75W x 2ch and 125W x 2ch respectively. This new circuitry also allows the boards to run at maximum power for impedances of 8 or 4 or 2 ohms. They are also compatible for BTL or bridged connections. For more power, available soon will be the APS-M310 and APS-M510, rated at 1ch x 300W or 1ch x 500W, weighing in at just 33 oz.
