Tracy J. Chandler Promoted To Director Of Worldwide Sales For Auralex Acoustics

Sales/Marketing Professional Brings More Than 20 years Expertise to Acoustics Leader

Veteran sales/marketing professional Tracy Chandler has been promoted to the newly created position of Director of Worldwide Sales with Auralex Acoustics. Chandler joined the company in 2003 as sales and marketing manager. The announcement was made recently by David Harbison, the company’s Managing Director. In his new position Chandler will be responsible for growing business through an international network of authorized dealers, contractors and distributors. His duties include channel recruiting and development, the design and delivery of all field training programs, the distribution of retail POP displays and promotions as well as dealer incentive programs. “Auralex’s international network of dealers, contractors and distributors continue to show growth,” said Harbison. “Thanks in large part to Tracy’s efforts we’ve recently expanded our distribution into Scandinavia, Greece and Cyprus. Since joining the company in 2003, Tracy has shown the type of sales and marketing prowess that proved he should be directing our worldwide sales efforts,” Harbison continued. Prior to joining Auralex Acoustics, Chandler spent 22 years in sales and marketing positions at both the IBM Corporation and Made2Manage Systems, a provider of software and services for small to mid-sized manufacturers. Chandler was instrumental in the launch and development of domestic and international channels of distribution programs for both companies. In his most recent role, he held the position of European Managing Director for Made2Manage Systems. Chandler earned his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Purdue University.
