JVC Offers Unprecedented ``High Degree Of Realism'' Using High Resolution And Sound Quality Of 4K 3D Theater And Pulsating Sphere Speaker

Victor Company of Japan, Limited (JVC) will exhibit products at "CEATEC JAPAN 2006" to be held from Tuesday, October 3 through Saturday, October 7 at the Makuhari Messe (Nippon Convention Center). Based on the theme of “Presence to Achieve The Perfect Experience”, the company will offer “high degree of realism” that it pursues using a large-screen TV with high resolution and sound quality. Overview of JVC Booth Exhibition (The JVC booth is located at Hall 3/3A94.) 1. Exhibit of display line-up -- main stage Beginning with the ultra-large screen D-ILA projection TV (sample only), a line-up of TVs will be on display including D-ILA projection TVs, full HD LCD TVs, and LCD TVs with Clear Motion Drive. 2. 4K 3D Theater -- Red Theater -- Visitors can experience super high-resolution and impressive 3D images from JVC's 4K2K D-ILA Projector with roughly 4 times the resolution of full HD. -- The D-ILA full HD home theater projector, which achieved a native contrast of 10,000: 1, will be on display for reference to allow visitors to experience the difference by comparing it with an ongoing model. 3. High-Definition Everio (Sample Only) The hard drive camcorder Everio has created new value in the camcorder segment. On display will be a sample model that supports 1920 x 1080 full HD images. 4. High-Quality Theater -- Blue Theater Visitors can experience high-resolution images and quality audio created by the D-ILA Home Theater Projector (sample only), which achieved a high contrast, and its speaker "SX-L" series. Further, they can also take in a talk on JVC's K2 audio technology, or listen to pulsating sphere speakers (sample only). 5. Wood Cone Speaker Lineup Beginning with the flagship model to be released in November in Japan, a lineup of Wood Cone Speakers will be on display including a new concept model.
