Dolby Laboratories Opens Office In Korea

Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: DLB) today announced it has opened a new office in the Republic of Korea. Located in Seoul, the office will house sales, support, and business development for the digital entertainment technology company. "Dolby's technologies are integral to the new consumer electronics devices coming out of Korea, which has become a center for development in mobile electronics and next-generation consumer devices," said Ramzi Haidamus, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Division, Dolby. "Opening the office in Seoul allows us to better support our existing customers and address new opportunities coming out of the region."
