New In-wall LCR and Dual-channel In-ceiling Models Expand RBH’s A Series Lineup

RBH Sound, a leading in-wall and in-ceiling speaker manufacturer, introduces the A-616 and the A-815D as the latest additions to their vast and highly successful A Series in-wall and in-ceiling custom product lineup. The A-616 is an in-wall speaker designed to be used as the main left, center and right (LCR) channels of a home theater system. Dual 6.5-inch PolyGraphite cone woofers and a 1-inch fabric dome swivel tweeter are employed in the slim A-616 for high power handling, quick transient response, and a smooth, detailed soundstage. The swivel tweeter, which is protected by polyswitch technology, can be adjusted to allow listeners to benefit from a more focused, detailed and realistic soundstage. The D’Appolito driver configuration provides the A-616 with higher power handling capacity and improved transient response, which translates into better overall sound quality. The A-815D is an in-ceiling speaker intended for locations which can only accommodate one speaker, but require both left and right audio channel support. The dual voice coil 8-inch PolyGraphite cone woofer, and dual pivoting 1-inch soft dome tweeters allow a single A-815D to provide stalwart, crystal clear acoustic information from both channels simultaneously. Both tweeters are protected by polyswitch technology thereby eliminating tweeter failure to overzealous enthusiasts. The A-815D also features treble contour switches allowing the tweeter output levels to be adjusted +3db/0dB/-3dB to match the sound characteristics of the room.
