Sunny Cable Introduces New Horn Speakers At 2007 International CES

January 12, 2007

Sunny Cable Technology announced today that they would introduce a new line of loudspeakers from 8" to 18" with original horn designs at their CES Press Conference to be held on Monday, January 8, 2007 from 9 to 10 a.m. at their Home Theater demo room. Sunny Cable, exhibiting in Venetian Zeno Rooms 4801 & 4802 (Home Theater), and 4603 (Stereo), will explain and demonstrate how the company's Inventor, Sunny Lo, applies his patent pending cable design technology to deliver the most accurate signals with an unprecedented level of realism in Home Theater and Stereo sound reproduction. "Horn speaker is most challenging to design for audiophile listening." Lo explained. "If designed correctly, horns excel in delivering the mid and high frequencies with minimal stress at high sound pressure levels, and still maintain fullness and clarity at low volumes. But if designed incorrectly, horns can become out of sync with other drivers in the speaker and have a tendency to `scream out loud to be heard'." Lo uses his own design with innovative material to make the horns. He said the bigger the size and the higher the mass make the horns sound more neutral and with least sound coloration. Five speaker models are available, from the small H2W8 (denotes Horn, 2-Way, 8" woofer), the H2W10 featured in their Home Theater demo, H3W12, H3W15 and the flagship Model H3W18 (16" Horn, 3-Way with a supertweeter, and 18" woofer) in their Stereo demo. About Sunny Cable Technology Sunny Cable Technology is based in Orinda, California. The company designs and manufactures "Time-Accurate" cables and loudspeakers for home theater and high-end audio. Inventor Sunny Lo has a patent pending cable design that would drastically reduce inductance, which Lo discovered was the major factor affecting accuracy during signal transmission through cables.
