Prior to the launch of Genesis, the Company's primary channel for distribution of its products was high-end specialty retailers and custom installers. The Company recently entered into a joint development agreement with a research facility in Taiwan. The new agreement will allow Klegg to reduce development costs and time to market and still offer Genesis customers the same next generation technology that Klegg's high performance Platinum Series is known for. Dennis Gentles, CEO of Klegg Electronics said, "We believe that our ability to provide consumers with quality, value and cutting edge product innovation will help to build the new Klegg Genesis brand into a leader in the $21 billion consumer electronics market."
