Chief Steel Stud Mounts Are First In The Industry To Receive UL Listing!

Chief Manufacturing is excited to announce that the steel stud mount kits and accessories are the first in the industry to be UL Listed! The UL listing ensures that the mounting kits and accessories have achieved the safety standards set forth by UL. Chief worked directly with UL to manufacture the industry's first UL listed steel stud swing arms for 10-50" flat panel displays up to 125 lbs (18 kg). Solving a real challenge for installers, the kits safely integrate Chief swing arm mounts into steel stud installations. Choose from fully assembled kits that include all needed hardware or retrofit existing swing arm mounts with a convenient adapter plate accessory. Chief offers the UL listed FWDSK£ fully assembled swing arm mount and FSA1018£ single stud wall plate for small flat panel displays (10-26"). Chief also offers the FWGSK£ swing arm mount that is not yet UL listed. The JWDSK£ swing arm mount and MAC118£ dual stud wall plate for medium flat panel displays (27-40") are compatible with 16/20/24" center studs and UL listed for 16" center studs. For large flat panel displays (30-50"), Chief offers the MWRSK£ and PWRSK£ swing arms, and the MAC119£ multiple stud wall plate accessory that are compatible with 16/20/24" center studs and UL listed for 16" centers. Chief was recently approved by the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) to be a certified Client Data Test Site (CDTS). With the new test site, Chief will be able to test most products for UL standards in-house and submit the paperwork to UL for review (automated products will not be tested by Chief).
