Key Digital® Introduces The Digital FatCATs… Precision Technology For Transmitting High Definition HDMI Video & Audio Signals Through CAT5/CAT5E Wiring

Key Digital, Inc., the leader in video technology and solutions introduces the digital FatCAT series of high quality precision baluns for distributing HDMI video and audio signals over CAT5/6 wiring. The FatCAT series incorporates Key Digital’s exclusive HDMI Path technology, which prevents EDID miscommunication, resulting in flawless HDMI signal transfers form source to display. Key Digital’s HDMI FatCAT series is the ideal product line for sending signals over CAT5/CAT5E cabling. All models support video resolutions up to 1080p and meet the HDMI 1.3 standards for full HD performance capability. For longer distances, use Key Digital’s KD-CAT5XCAT5 CAT5/6 cable extender. Both the transmitting and receiving unit of the Digital FatCAT series are available in either freestanding or wall plate versions.
