September 11, 2007

igeo®, Inc. and Monster announced their efforts to explore joint product development opportunities to take advantage of the growing proliferation of IP-connected entertainment options and advance the simplicity and quality of premium entertainment experiences in the home. This relationship will help Digeo expand the reach and availability of the Moxi platform through a variety of development, licensing and distribution agreements. The collaboration will allow Digeo and Monster to combine the premium entertainment experience delivered by Digeo’s Moxi products with the superior quality and broad product line-up offered by Monster. It also brings Monster a step closer to their own expanded business strategy of creating an ecosystem of plug-and-play connected entertainment and home control devices. Together, the companies will also examine other compelling digital services and business development opportunities. “With the proliferation of flat-screen technology, HD picture quality and growing acceptance of IP-connected devices, the time is right for Digeo to explore ways to couple our popular user interface design and software and services expertise with other high-end products for the home,” said Mike Fidler, CEO of Digeo. “Working with Monster, a leader in connecting devices in the home, is yet another way for us to deliver on our vision of providing a superior entertainment experience to a broader set of consumers.” “Digeo’s vision for the IPTV marketplace is bold and exciting and complements Monster’s Digital Home Group’s product initiatives,” said Noel Lee, the Head Monster. “With this collaborative effort, Monster is poised to be a leader in the connected home space, with a variety of unique IP based entertainment and control products and a truly world-class offering of digital content and value added services for the home.” Both Digeo and Monster have become recognized for their unique focus on discerning consumers who refuse to compromise when it comes to the quality of their home entertainment. The companies are not announcing any specific collaborative products at this time.
