The Kaleidescape Dealer Extranet, which helps dealers and distributors to track and manage their Kaleidescape business, has been substantially updated to provide real-time dashboards, improved site navigation and new content areas, making the Extranet a 'one stop shop' for Kaleidescape's channel partners. "We listened to feedback from our dealers and partners and improved the Extranet to make it an even better business tool," said Cheena Srinivasan, founder and COO of Kaleidescape. For example, users may be restricted from sensitive cost information when using tools like the Kaleidescape System Configurator. It is also now possible to limit access to support cases or Kaleidescape System records. New Kaleidescape Dashboard - personalized user home pages provide informative dashboards for the Extranet areas to which they have access. Dashboards for open cases and warranty alerts provide an at-a-glance overview and one-click access to support cases and customer Systems that need attention. Sales history dashboards provide up-to-date information about sales volume and progress towards program goals. New Destinations - dedicated sections have been created to connect Kaleidescape's partners with current news, sales, sales, support, training and marketing information. These focused destinations consolidate information from a variety of Kaleidescape sources in a single place for easy reference. Improved Training Resources - the Kaleidescape Dealer Extranet now features more content and an improved Training Schedule with online registration helps partners quickly bring their sales and support employees up-to-speed with Kaleidescape's product line. Communications Archives - important communications are now archived online for easy future reference. Agreements and Policies are also posted online. The new Kaleidescape Dealer Extranet will be available to all Kaleidescape dealers and partners in September, and will be demonstrated for attendees of the CEDIA Expo 2007, booth 813.
