Chief's updated website includes streamlined navigation and new time saving features, including the new MountFinder Pro™

Chief® Manufacturing is excited to announce a newly designed company website with new MountFinder Pro™ - now with even more manufacturer model numbers! Along with the new Dealer Passkey - a secured site to help manage accounts, these exciting web updates make it easier than ever to do business with Chief. The new website launches the next phase of an on-going initiative to streamline Chief's website into an even more user-friendly source of valuable information on all of our flat screen TV wall mounts, projector mounts and accessories. Through research, user feedback and testing, this newest Phase II evolution includes some key features that will enhance the user experience and set the stage for the future. Innovative updates include: MountFinder Pro™ - Upgraded cross-reference database of manufacturer model numbers and our Projector and TV mount offering Easier to find downloads, including animations and videos A streamlined design for faster downloads that are PDA-friendly Streamlined navigation and search functions Easily download individual catalog pages for quoting Multi-lingual capability - Spanish, German and French coming soon! Dealer Passkey Chief is also excited to announce the release of an all-new dealer account management tool. Dealers can access valuable account and tracking information on a secure, password-protected website. Get real-time information about your Chief accounts right online. Also accessible within the tool are Knowledge College™, Chief's all-new online training tool, and a customizable literature program where dealers can create personalized Chief literature by adding their company logo and contact information to Chief accessory and TV mount brochures. Overall, the new Chief website appears visually similar to the previous site, providing users with familiarity and consistency. Usability focus groups were conducted at CEDIA 2007 to obtain even more feedback on how dealers are using the Chief site, how the new changes impact the overall user experience, and what dealers want to see in the future.
