'Mounting' Fury At CES In CLO Systems Booth #26426

Programmable, Remote Controlled Flat Panel Mount Selections Designed to Add Options by Solving Location and Mounting Issues

January 2, 2008

CLO Systems, an industry leader in advanced mounting solutions for flat panel displays, is showing its full line of mounting-arm technology products at this week's International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. In South Hall 2, booth #26426 will be in constant motion as all of the exclusive CLO mounts demonstrate their lift, move, turn, tilt, and recess capabilities to show attendees. "I don't believe there is a flat panel TV 63 inches or below that we can't mount and finesse to suit both the user and the situation," said Ken Nguyen, director of sales and marketing at CLO Systems. "Each of our mounts is purpose-built to solve real-world viewing and installation problems, while at the same time, they add extreme functionality and a coolness factor that takes the cachet of a flat panel to a whole new level." The selection of mounts from CLO includes its award winning X-arm˙, the heavy duty lifting and movement champion, and its new little cousin, the X2, which adds unique and upscale angling and placement features for today's smaller 37-50" screens. For the consumer looking for a decorating option above eye-level, or in the sweet-spot over the fireplace, CLO's T2˙ is the choice as today's most affordable robotic wall mount specifically designed to eliminate potential damage to TVs caused by fireplace heat. The CLO S2˙ mount actually creates the possibility of electronically moving the flat panel into another viewing area through the unit's exclusive 90-degree continuous variable swivel range for either left or right mounting applications. At the touch of a button, the S2 can, in effect, point the TV toward an opposite, second sitting area! Designed for the consumer, but developed with integrator input and consultation, all of the mounts from CLO are engineered to eliminate the problems inherent with flat-panel viewing problems such as glare, reflection and off-axis viewing problems including inaccurate color and loss of picture detail. The CLO mounts operate at the simple touch of a button through their accompanying remote control units with some remotes offering dual programmable memories for stored viewing preferences, and programming navigation of other electronic AV devices. In addition, a universal mounting attachment kit is available for selected mounts to facilitate easy coupling with most flat panel TVs. The company's product selection is designed to accommodate both plasma and LCD flat panel TVs from 32 to 63-inch sizes. The CLO mounts are also on display in South Hall 1 booth # 20923 and 20425 with CLO's strategic partner Chief | Sanus Systems (CSAV), www.chiefmfg.com and www.sanus.com.
