Texas Instruments Features DLP® Demonstrations And Conference Panel Speakers To Drive Consumer And Environmental Interest At CES 2008

Impacting modern lifestyles with creative, next-generation technologies for consumer electronics, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) will showcase its latest innovations at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), January 7-10, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth #8205. Visitors to the booth will experience the latest high-definition television (HDTV) and home theater products, visionary concepts in DualView TV viewing for ultimate gaming and emerging projector products like the DLP cell phone projector prototype. "DLP Products has a strong history of first innovations," said Adam Kunzman, business manager, DLP HDTV Products. "TI was one of the first companies to announce a full high-definition 1080p and the first with high color LED. We are proud to be the first with a true no-compromise 3D HDTV experience for the home. 3D HDTV viewing is going to further drive interest in big-screen home entertainment." In addition to providing a hands-on experience at the booth, TI has six experts scheduled to speak at CES in panels highlighting the topics ranging from home electronics to the challenges of being effective environmental stewards. The TI-Nspire math learning products, which include both handhelds and computer software, allow students to explore math through multiple representations and "Grab and Move" capabilities.
