On Thursday and Friday, July 10–11, 2008 from 6pm to 9pm, David Allen, MartinLogan’s Vice-President of Design and Product Development, will welcome Washington residents for a two-day-only opportunity to listen to the stunning CLX loudspeaker before it becomes available to the general public. Mr. Allen will be available to answer consumer questions. 2008 marks MartinLogan’s 25th anniversary and the first expression of the CLX, the CLX 25th Anniversary Edition ($25,000/pair US retail), commemorates this important milestone and will be presold as a limited edition through select distribution, including Magnolia Audio Video. In addition to total dedication for unmatched performance, environmentally conscious considerations influenced the design and engineering of the CLX, including the use of rapidly renewable or highly recyclable structural materials like EcoSound™. With an eye toward energy conservation, the CLX incorporates an advanced energy management design in its electrical circuitry.
