The Personal Entertainment Projector Makes Home Theatre Affordable To All

Ölens Technology creates new category in the projector market

[The following is a release from Olens]

It’s a new product that allows families and recreational gamers to enjoy the home theater experience for a fraction of the cost. The XPJ Personal Entertainment Projector (PEP) from Ölens Technology is a portable and affordable digital video projector designed for use with all gaming systems, computers, DVD players, cameras and many other devices.

What sets the XPJ PEP apart from competitors is that it offers an impressive picture and several features for a low price. The XPJ PEP projects an image as large as 70”and can be connected to any Xbox®, PlayStation®, Wii®, iPod®, DVD player, computer, or just about any video system. That versatility allows it to be used for entertainment in homes, as well as in businesses, schools, churches, and anywhere a movie viewer or gamer wants to “go big”.

As an option accessory, the PEP’s audio-out jack allows connection to a sound system for the ultimate theater or gaming experience. Unlike many projectors brought in from overseas, the XPJ is manufactured to UL specs, providing a safe, reliable alternative for consumers. The XPJ sports a resolution of 640 X 480 pixels (VGA), projects images from 40” to 70”, and includes a proprietary 270 watt lamp. In more expensive projectors, many lamps alone are $250 – almost the price of the entire XPJ unit itself. But the XPJ comes with one installed lamp AND one back-up lamp at no extra charge. Each XPJ projector comes with a VGA connector, AV Composite & S-Video ports, built-in stereo speakers, a RCA audio/video cable and even a remote control.

The XPJ Personal Entertainment Projector's suggested retail price is $279 and is available at: www.olenstechnology.com

Reason #18 Why Readers Love Widescreen Review:
There are, of course, a number of reasons why I read Widescreen Review. The primary one, however, is the excellent informative reviews and critiques on the latest DVD's, which are most helpful! In addition, there are many very informative articles on all aspects of home theatre, and I really view your magazine as an excellent resource for any home theatre owner in terms of ideas and excellent product information. - Fred Stegmayer
