DTS UPDATES AUDIO QUALITY CONTROL TOOLS FOR BLU-RAY DISC COMMUNITY

In an effort to help increase efficiency and productivity in the Blu-ray Disc community, DTS, Inc (Nasdaq: DTSI) has announced the updates of two audio quality control toolsets: the DTS-HD StreamPlayer™ 2.0 and the SoundCode DTS-HD StreamPlayer™1.1 by Neyrinck. The only audio toolsets featuring primary and secondary audio playback and mixing, both product updates optimize production workflow by emulating BD Live and Picture in Picture playback prior to authoring a Blu-ray Disc. “DTS recognizes the importance of quality control in the demanding and fast-paced world of BD production”, said Ronny Katz, Sr. Manager, Professional Audio at DTS. “We are dedicated to supporting the needs of the community and are proud to be able to offer so many highly desired features to meet these demands”.
