CinemaCon: 'Wonder Woman,' 'Fantastic Beasts' Among Titles Confirmed for Dolby Cinema ReleasF

Dolby confirmed a dozen upcoming film titles — including Warner Bros.’ Wonder Woman and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them — that will be released in Dolby Cinema, meaning with its Dolby Vision high dynamic range format and with Dolby Atmos immersive sound for supported theater configurations. The announcement was made on Sunday, just prior to the start of theater owners convention CinemaCon, which kicks off Monday in Las Vegas.

Dolby also confirmed a Dolby Cinema release for Warners’ The Legend of Tarzan; Paramount’s Star Trek Beyond, Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back; Legendary/Universal’sWarcraft; Twentieth Century Fox’s X-Men: Apocalypse and Independence Day: Resurgence; Sony Pictures’ Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk; Disney/Pixar’s Finding Dory; and Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass
