INTEGRA BROADENS PORTFOLIO WITH LAUNCH OF ‘DSX-3 SLIM NETWORK AVR’ AND ‘DLB-5 OBJECT-BASED SURROUND SOUND BAR’

Power, precision and unparalleled performance highlight the launch of Integra’s latest as the company today shipped the DSX-3 6.1-Channel Slim Chassis Network A/V Receiver and the DLB-5 Network Object-Based Surround Sound Bar.

At three inches in height and weighing only 8.8lbs, the DSX-3 is the perfect solution for those who want 4K Ultra HD performance in a low-profile design.  Compatible with Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X™ via a firmware update1, the unit boasts a host of wireless connectivity options including FireConnect*, AirPlay, Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth™ and can stream online subscription services like TIDAL, Pandora®, Spotify® and TuneIn so owners are never far from their music. 

At 80 watts per channel at 4 ohms, the DSX-3 incorporates a 384 kHz/32-bit Asahi Kasei DAC and offers four 4K 60Hz HDMI terminals that supports HDR, 4:4:4, BT.2020 and HDCP 2.2, and provides enhanced picture quality by simultaneously enabling greater detail for both the dark and bright parts of an image.  On top of that, the DSX-3 effortlessly upscales 1080p video to stunning 4k UltraHD.

DLB-5 Network Object-Based Surround Sound Bar System (MSRP: $1,200 USD/$1,700 CAD)

One of the very first object-based surround sound bars in the marketplace right now, the DLB-5 is the most feature-rich unit available. It is a three-piece system consisting of a passive sound bar, a powerful 50 watt 6.5” wireless powered sub, and control unit which is a variation of the DSX-3 slim-line AVR above.  Contemporary, sleek, and attractive the DLB-5 is a robust low-profile sound bar system that integrates six speaker drivers including dual center, dual left and right, as well as two up-firing speakers that now introduces object-based surround formats DTS:X and Dolby Atmos into virtually any room or space in the house.

The system’s receiver has a powerful mix of wireless capabilities including FireConnect, AirPlay, Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth™, handles the most frequently used Internet Radio services and is Integra’s first product to incorporate DTS’ Play-Fi® multi-room, wireless streaming audio technology via future firmware update.  It features four 4K / 60Hz HDMI® terminals supporting HDCP 2.2, HDR10, and BT.2020 Color, and is rated at 50 watts per channel at 4 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD.
