To celebrate the release of the latest Pirates of The Caribbean installment, we wanted to share an exclusive red carpet interview with directors Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg and producer Jerry Bruckheimer. In this red carpet video, Rønning shares the significance of using Dolby technology in the film. “Dolby is legendary for me. I remember when I did the first little film and managed to get Dolby approval. It was big!”
Sandberg said “I love working with Dolby sound and how it goes from a screen to a whole world.” And Bruckheimer noted “you feel like you are actually in the ocean with these characters. It makes the theater experience so exciting.”
Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is now in Dolby Cinema, including Dolby Atmos moving audio and Dolby's breathtaking projection technology – Dolby Vision – a state-of-the-art laser projection system that transforms the cinema viewing experience with astonishing brightness, contrast, and color.
Movie-goers can get the total Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales cinema experience at Dolby Cinema at AMC theatre locations. More information on Dolby Cinema show times can be found at www.Dolby.com/showtimes
