Leading the way in product innovation and design, Integra today announced two exciting new products: the DRX-7.1 9.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver ($2,400 US / $3,300 CAD) and the HDB-RX1 4K HDBaseT Receiver ($400 US / $550 CAD), both available in March. They are among the first in their respective categories to provide 4K HDBaseT™ functionality, joining the company’s recently announced DRX-R1.1 11.2-Channel Network Receiver and DRC-R1.1 11.2-Channel Network A/V Controller.
As a reference grade receiver, the DRX-7.1 enables Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X™ object-based surround sound, while both models include support for HDCP 2.2, 4K / 60Hz, Dolby Vision™, HDR 10, HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma), WCG (Wide Color Gamut), extended (sYCC601, Adobe RGB, Adobe YYC601), and BT.2020 video pass-through.
DRX-7.1 9.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver
For film and music lovers with big rooms and high expectations, the THX® Certified Select™ DRX-7.1 is built to impress with immensely powerful reproduction of high-resolution entertainment true to the source in every aspect. The 9-channel high-current output receiver features 140W per channel at 8 ohms, 20 Hz–20 kHz, 0.08% THD, 2 channels driven, FTC and includes 11.2 multi-channel pre-outs to support up to 7.2.4 object-based audio speaker setup by adding an optional 2-channel amp. Flagship features abound in the DRX-7.1 with 8 HDMI® in (1 Front*1), main out, and sub / independent Zone 2, 4K HDBaseT™ and dedicated multi-zone processing for hi-fi A/V distribution. Via a wireless router, the receiver also supports wireless technologies including DTS Play-Fi®, Chromecast built-in and Google Assistant Voice Control support, and FlareConnect.
The HDB-RX1 supports transmission of 4K / 60Hz / 4:4:4 video including HDR10 and Dolby Vision at a full 18GB per second from a compliant Integra AVR or A/V processor via new-generation HDBaseT™ LAN and HDCP 2.2-compliant HDMI® output (while maintaining backwards compatibility to previous generation Integra AVRs and processors for up to 4K 4:2:2 transmission). It also comes with built-in support for RS-232 and IR Control pass through. The HDB-RX1 carries POC (Power Over Cable) and IP Control for enhanced flexibility, making installation of a high-definition entertainment system easier than ever.
