StormAudio Grows North-American Infrastructure

In step with its planned expansion in North America, France-based high-end immersive hardware brand StormAudio announced today the appointment of Chrisanne Rhodes as its US Operations Service / Support Manager and Los Angeles-based George Meyer AV as its North American Logistics and Service Center. In this new position, Chrisanne will provide remote and in-person technical support and training. Working closely with StormAudio National Sales Manager Brad Paulsen, she will also travel the country setting-up StormAudio’s immersive home theater preamp/processors and amplifiers in dealers’ showrooms for demonstration. Chrisanne is well-versed in technology and associated support. Early in her career she held technical support supervisor roles with CompUSA, Sprint, Shell Oil and Hewlett Packard and nearly a decade ago shifted into residential theater, audio, and automation. StormAudio has appointed George Meyer AV in Los Angeles, California, as its Logistics and Service Center. The company will handle inventory and order fulfillment, servicing of products (both in- and out-of warranty) and software upgrades. It will also work closely with Chrisanne Rhodes as the second level of StormAudio’s field systems troubleshooting and coordination of replacement products. “Established in 1965, George Meyer AV is an authorized service station for the most sophisiticated audio and video products in the home theater channel.
