MobileVision Announces New Products

MobileVision, based in Goshen, Indiana, announces the addition of several new products to the mobile video market. The 2000 model year has come on strong for MobileVision. The highly sought after 2000 GM models are in stock and shipping. MobileVision is offering both floor and overhead consoles in four different colors to complement the new interiors gray, light oak, shale, and pewter. A highly desired addition soon to be joining the 2000 lineup will be the introduction of a hi-fi video cassette player exclusively designed for 12-volt applications. MobileVision will soon be releasing a DVD-Video player unique to the 12-volt market. Unlike other DVD's currently on the market, this unit incorporates all the functions of a home DVD-Video player. Features such as multilingual capabilities, zoom, angle selection, slow motion, and on screen macros will make this the leader in 12-volt DVD-Video players. This powerful unit is compact in size, lending itself to a variety of different vehicle applications. At this time, this player has passed the stringent 12-volt testing. MobileVision expects to ship this product by the end of June. MobileVision will also offer a complete selection of separate monitors. A full range of sizes will offer custom installs for all applications. For visor and headrest applications, MobileVision will offer a 4-inch, 5-inch, 5.6-inch and 6.4-inch monitors. Larger models suitable for SUV's and vans will be available in 10-inch, 11.3-inch, 12.1-inch and 15-inch sizes. For multiple monitors, MobileVision will offer a video amplifier with capabilities to drive six separate monitors. These may be daisy-chained to drive 18 monitors from one source. Strong output voltage will minimize down-line video degradation.These new additions to the MobileVision product line will enhance the existing consoles. With features such as a removable 6.4-inch LCD TV with built-in tuner, no vehicle modification and easy installations, MobileVision can continue to answer the demands of the 12-volt market. With the addition of these cutting edge products, MobileVision can continue to offer a full line of mobile video products that answer the demands of our customers.
