DTSÆ To Exhibit At VSDA With First Time Demo Room

DTSÆ, a leader in digital audio, will participate for the first time at this yearís VSDA convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company will host a Demo Room downstairs at the Sands Convention Center, room 202. Here, press and convention attendees will be treated to demonstrations of some of the most compelling, 5.1-channel, digital soundtracks from the latest feature films on DVD and music on compact disc. In addition, DTS will have a presence on the tradeshow floor at the Sands Convention Center in booth #234. The DTS Demo Room features a 5.1 home theatre system that clearly demonstrates why millions of consumers around the world are upgrading their playback systems to 5.1 channels of digital surround sound. Several of the hottest new DVD titles encoded with DTS Digital Surroundô will be presented during each demo session, including the new 5.1 remix of ""Jaws"" (Universal), and a special presentation of the newly remastered ""Terminator 2"" (Artisan). Attendees will also be treated to spectacular 5.1 music mixes now available exclusively on DTS-encoded compact discs that play on any 5.1 DTS-capable playback system. DTS is also a co-sponsor of the Billboard magazine reception on Sunday, July 9, honoring their Video Person of the Year, Jeff Bezos, Amazon.com founder and Chief Executive Officer.
