The promotion runs from November 7 through January 31, 2001. The first promotion offers a $75 rebate with the purchase of a Panasonic DVD-A7 or $100 with purchase of a Technics DVD-A10 DVD-Audio/Video player. As a bonus, consumers will receive an additional $50 rebate if they buy a Technics SA-DA8K, SA-DA8N or SA-DA10N DVD-Audio ready receiver on the same date as they purchase a Panasonic or Technics DVD-Audio player. The second promotion offers free DVD-Audio recordings with the purchase of a Technics or Panasonic DVD-Audio/Video player, Panasonic portable DVD-Audio player, Panasonic micro system with DVD-Audio or Panasonic car DVD-Audio player/receiver. The customer chooses two or three DVD-Audio recordings (depending on product purchased) from a selection of albums including those from Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Natalie Merchant, Big Phat Band, Aaron Neville, Willie Nelson, Bobby Short and Daniel Barenboim conducting Beethoven.Sales receipts, serial numbers and original UPC bar codes from the cartons must accompany the offer form. Products must be purchased between November 7, 2000 and January 31, 2001.
