CEDIA Highlights The Latest Custom Home Electronics

The Home of Electronic Lifestylesô will be featured during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) from January 6-9, 2001 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The home was designed by the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) to demonstrate the latest in home automation, systems integration and home networking.Like the Home of Electronic Lifestyles, a fully automated home features a central control panel for operating all applicable systems including lighting, security, heating, cooling, whole-house audio, video, drapes and more. The technology and components incorporated into the home represent the many home automation possibilities that are now available to consumers.""CES is an ideal venue for the Home of Electronic Lifestyles,"" said Billilynne Keller, CEDIA's Executive Director.
