The industryís major film studios have again recommitted their support of this event by serving as official corporate sponsors of the 20th annual VSDA Convention featuring the Home Entertainment Expo and DVD Festival 2001, produced by Home Entertainment Events. Held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the state-of-the-art Sands Exposition Center/Venetian Hotel January 7-9, 2001, the convention includes a full Education First! day on January 6. The announcement was made by Bo Andersen, President of the Video Software Dealers Association, and Tracy Harris, Group Show Director of Advanstar Communications, Inc.
