Pepcom, Inc. and the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced they are teaming up to co-sponsor and produce the DigitalHome Experience event at the 2001 International CES show. The event, which will take place on January 6, from 6 to 9pm. at the Aladdin Hotel's Grand Ballroom in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be the official media event of the show.The DigitalHome Experience event is an exclusive, media-only technology showcase event. It will bring together dozens of the leading manufacturers of digital products for the home and small office/home office (SOHO) markets, and hundreds of key press and analysts in a relaxed and congenial atmosphere. The event allows the press and the companies to interact in a private atmosphere. On display will be a wide range of products that target the home and SOHO digital lifestyle - attending press will be able to see Internet appliances, notebook computers and PDAs, advanced cellular phones and pagers, mobile music devices, home and SOHO computing products, home networking products, color printers and scanners, and many other advanced digital computing, music and entertainment hardware and software.The event is produced by Pepcom, the world leader in technology showcase events, in full cooperation with CEA, sponsor, producer and manager of the International CES.
