Alps And NxtWave Communications Partner On DTV Reference Design

NXT2000 Demodulator Selected for Alps' Single Conversion Tuner Series Reference Design Targeted for North America

NxtWave Communications Inc. (www.nxtwavecomm.com), a developer of broadband communications integrated circuits (ICs), announced that Japan-based Alps Electric Co. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of tuners and electronic components, has designed the NXT2000 QAM/VSB receiver chip into its TDLU7 single conversion tuner series reference design for digital TV (DTV), set-top box and PC DTV products.
