Crestron announced that the Crestron Isysô advanced touchpanel control system was selected as the winner of the 2001 Innovations Awards for Best Integrated Home System and Best Of Show at CES.Sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the Innovations Awards recognize the best designed and engineered products in consumer technology and, according to the CEA, ""there is no higher honor than winning the Consumer Electronics Association's Innovations 2001 Design And Engineering Award.""The introduction of the Crestron Isys advanced touchpanel control system has signaled a new era in control system technology.
