Recording formats include MPEG1, MPEG2 and Microsoft's Advanced Streaming Format (ASF). The product includes a Video Library (play list) for recorded video segments, a scheduler system and file playback of MPEG-2 and all Microsoft DirectShow supported formats. CinePlayer DVR 3.0 is a high performance, software-based solution designed to take the digital signal from a TV tuner card and record, in real-time, the entire TV program in the background as MPEG file.
