Audio Line Source, LLP announced the addition of the new Richard Grayís Power Companyô Model 1200S, a new, single-source, all-inclusive parallel power enhancer device. The 1200S supplies cleaner power to multiple components for both audio and home theatre applications. One RGPC 1200S offers the power of two RGPC 400S units in an esthetically pleasing, shelf or rack mountable unit.The RGPC 1200S provides video images with more vibrant colors and better black level detail in all video formats, including high definition, for increased front-to-back dimensionality. It reduces video noise generated by line-multipliers and related digital and analog components, and may be used with the largest amplifiers and powered subwoofers. Its ""Electric Flywheel"" effect stores and instantaneously releases energy on demand to supply energy to components that are often starved for current by the resistance on a soft AC line. The RGPC 1200S eliminates AC line noise, internal cross talk, and reflected back EMF without current limiting, and its unique design (worldwide patents pending) makes it a very effective surge protection system. With the RGPC 1200S installers need not incorporate other surge protection in their home theatre installations.Unlike traditional power line conditioners, isolation transformers and sine wave amplifiers (regenerators), which are wired in series, the 1200S is wired in parallel to the source of power and does not limit valuable current necessary to satisfy power transients required of the AC line.
