Onkyo Clarifies Eligibility For Its Digital Specialist Training Program

Onkyo today announced that its Digital Specialist Training Program, first introduced January 23, is offered exclusively to its dealers and their retail sales and support personnel. It was not, as some had thought, offered to the general public. There was one fundamental goal behind Onkyo's introduction of the Digital Specialist Training Program - to create a more educated and aware retail sales consultant, prepared to assist customers through the difficult and sometimes confusing choices in today's rapidly changing consumer electronics industry. The entire program was conceived, designed, and created keeping this goal in mind. The text is written in an entertaining and relaxed manner, as if it is speaking directly to the retail sales associates.It is for these reasons that this free program, along with the simultaneous re-release of the original Onkyo Audio Specialist Training Program has been made available only to CE retail sales people, managers, and associated support people in these organizations.
