The Smashing Pumpkins will release a limited-edition follow-up to ""Pisces Iscariot"", the now-defunct band's 1994 collection of B-sides and rarities. ""Judas O'Riley"" will be packaged together with early copies of the group's upcoming ""Greatest Hits"" disc to be released some time this fall, Virgin Music announced Tuesday. The second CD will include B-sides and rarities culled from the sessions for ""Melon Collie And The Infinite Sadness"", ""Adore"", and ""MACHINA/the machines of god"". The band is in the process of choosing the tracks for the ""Hits"" disc. In addition, a DVD -- which will feature the band's videos and a documentary on the making of the videos -- will be released to coincide with ""Greatest Hits"". Meanwhile, band leader Billy Corgan has been keeping busy. He can be heard prominently on ""Turn My Way"", a melancholy, mid-tempo track on the upcoming New Order album ""Get Ready"". He also performed with the band on four West Coast dates on Moby's Area: One tour, including a stop in Vancouver, and has produced three songs for the next Marianne Faithfull album. Most significantly, he's putting together a new band, with details promised shortly. James Iha is writing music for film and TV. He's also taking on outside production work and developing solo material. In partnership with co-owners Adam Schlesinger and Andy Chase, Iha has opened Stratosphere Sound, a commercial recording studio in New York.
