Rockford Corporation Acquires MB Quart

Rockford Corporation earlier this month reached a definitive agreement to acquire high-end German mobile, home theatre and professional audio manufacturer MB Quart Akustik GmbH. Rockford, with name brands Rockford Fosgate, Lightning Audio, InstallEdge.Com and Q-Logic in the mobile audio market, Hafler in the professional audio market, and Fosgate Audionics in the home theatre market, expects MB Quart (Obrigheim, Germany) to strengthen Rockford's overall product portfolio in these areas as well as help deepen its penetration into key European markets.
