Over 3.7 million units Pearl Harbor DVD Sold

In its first week of availability, ""Pearl Harbor,"" Touchstone Pictures' sweeping wartime tale, has sold seven million units, it was announced by Robert Chapek, President of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, a unit of The Walt Disney Company. The wartime epic was made available on VHS and DVD in two editions (a 60th Anniversary collector's edition and a gift set) on December 4. ""Pearl Harbor""'s week one DVD performance is the best debut week in DVD sales of all time, and a landmark event for the home entertainment industry.
