Premier Mounts announces the new CTM series, an expansion of its Clevis""! mount line. Introduced at CEDIA in the Fall of 2001, the patent-pending Clevis mount (PCM series) is one of the easiest-to-install mounts available for wall applications. The new CTM series offers the same unique sliding-rod system and easy installation. Also, it adds flexibility to the Clevis line, because it can be used in not only wall but also ceiling and floor applications. Because it incorporates Premier Mounts' unique 4-1/2-inch bolt pattern, the CTM series can mate with any of the company's suspension adapters, wall arms, stands, and mobile display carts. Its single wall plate still offers the benefits of the PCM's dual-plates, such as tilt in excess of 12 degrees, holes for wall-mounting to 16-inch OC studs, and significant lateral shift capability on dual steel sliding rods. Available for the same price as the PCM series ($250-300, depending on display equipment), the CTM series consists of just six kits that may be used to mount over 140 different plasma displays from leading manufacturers.
