Alejandro Sanz - MTV Unplugged Receives Three Latin Grammy Nominations

Alejandro Sanz, four-time Latin Grammy winner and performer at Februaryís mainstream Grammy telecast with Destinyís Child, has been nominated for three Latin Grammy Awards for his multi-platinum hit recording ALEJANDRO SANZ MTV UNPLUGGED, it was announced in Los Angeles at todayís press conference hosted by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Sanz received nominations in the most important categories. The ALEJANDRO SANZ MTV UNPLUGGED album received a nomination for Album of the Year. Recorded in Miami last October, the album includes the track ""Y Solo Se Me Ocurre Amarte"" which has been nominated in both the Song of the Year and Record of the Year categories. Sanz is the first artist from Spain to record an UNPLUGGED and joins the ranks of respected performers such as Alanis Morissette, Shakira, Nirvana and Man?.
