The HPL6315 is a high-definition DTV monitor that offers 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and auto-pixel shift to prevent ""burn-in."" The viewing angle is said to be 160 degrees, and contrast ratio and brightness are rated at 500:1 and 450cd/m2, respectively. Pedestal stand and wall-mount accessories are available. A two-year warranty is also offered.Samsung's 40-inch LTM405W LCD TV is only 2.2 inches thin. The unit utilizes Samsung's new ""Neo,"" style intended to blend with home decors. The viewing angle is said to be 170 degrees, and brightness and contrast ratio are rated at 500cd/m2 and 600:1, respectively. The LTM405W is a full-featured, 16:9 widescreen HDTV monitor (1080i, 720p, 480p), a PC-compatible display, and a video monitor for standard-definition sources. The LTM405W features a DVI-I connector, which supports HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection). In addition to a PC/Picture-in-Picture (PC/PIP) function, the set features dual-NTSC tuners. Samsung's 40-inch LCD TV also features Virtual DolbyÆ Surround.
