Video features include 3:2 pull-down detection and a 3-D digital comb filter that supports both enhanced-definition television (EDTV) and HDTV. In addition, the N1700w delivers full-screen viewing and picture-in-picture (PIP) capabilities for watching video or TV content while working simultaneously on PC applications. POP allows users to create up to nine picture windows on the screen for viewing multiple TV channels at the same time. Advanced digital de-interlacing and image scaling, a 20-watt integrated speaker system, and a 181-channel tuner are standard.
