Studio Experience Introduces Matinee 1HD Projector

Studio Experience, the division of Boxlight specializing in home theatre projectors, has announced the release of the Matinee 1HD, priced at under $2,400. The Matinee 1HD features 964 x 544 wide VGA resolution, a rated 800:1 contrast ratio, and 700 ANSI lumens of brightness. It weighs in at 7.5 pounds. The Matinee 1HD includes a short-throw lens, a Picture Image Select function, a horizontal and vertical power lens shift, and a manual zoom lens. The projector is rated to produce 28 dB of noise.The Matinee 1HD is compatible with HDTV and EDTV. The power management function allows the projector to be energy efficient, saving on lamp life by automatically shutting off if no signal is received for five minutes.
