Rockford Corporation has announced that it has acquired acclaimed home theatre, stereo, custom installation, and professional audio loudspeaker designer Now Hear This (NHT) from Recoton Corporation. Specific terms of the agreement remained confidential. NHT (Benicia, California) markets under the brand names of NHT, Now Hear This, and NHTPro.""NHT's products are positioned to sell at premium price points through high-end specialty audio stores, custom installation design showrooms, and recording studios,"" explains Brian Carlsness, Managing Directo, Rockford Home Group.
